Larta VC Compact milk cooler for 4 milkings, 200–300 l

The Larta VC Compact 200–300 l provides milk cooling and safe storage over longer collection intervals. The compact vertical tank fits well on farms that require a stable milk temperature, a small footprint, and simple daily operation.

The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Smooth inner surfaces, rounded corners, and polished welds help maintain a hygienic milk storage environment and make washing after the work cycle easier. The open-type construction provides convenient access for checking the milk, monitoring the cooling process, and carrying out maintenance.

The direct cooling system with R449A refrigerant helps quickly lower the milk temperature and keep it stable. The sloped direct-cooling base ensures complete milk drainage, while the evaporator design reduces the risk of freezing when the milk level is lower.

The electronic control panel with a 3-digit display provides clear control of the temperature and cooling cycle. The Dixell controller operates the cooling and mixing functions, while the NTC temperature sensor enables accurate milk temperature readings. The IP55 control panel and IP68 sensor are suitable for humid working environments.

The mixer operating at 30 rpm mixes the milk evenly, helps maintain a uniform temperature throughout the tank, and reduces foaming. When the lid is raised, the motor stops automatically, improving safety during servicing.

For milk quantity monitoring, the tank is equipped with a stainless steel level gauge. The 20 cm filling and inspection opening makes daily use easier, while the stainless steel outlet valve enables convenient milk drainage after cooling.
