Withdrawal and Returns

Right of withdrawal

A Consumer who is a natural person and purchases Goods for purposes unrelated to their trade, business or professional activity has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer receives the Goods. If several Goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item, lot or part is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send the Seller an unequivocal statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14 day period expires, using the contact details provided on the online store.

Returning the Goods

The Consumer must return or hand over the Goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods unless the Seller has agreed to cover this cost or has not informed the Consumer of this obligation in advance.

If the Goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their size, weight or other characteristics, information about the estimated return cost is provided before the order is placed.

Refunds

The Seller refunds the amount paid for the Goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

Additional costs resulting from the Consumer choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method that does not involve additional charges.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been received or the Consumer has provided evidence that the Goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. This does not apply if the Seller has offered to collect the Goods.

Condition of the Goods

The Consumer may inspect the Goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by applicable law, including where the Goods:

Are made to the Consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Are sealed Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

Have become inseparably mixed or combined with other items after delivery.

The Consumer will be informed before placing the order if the right of withdrawal does not apply to specific Goods.

Faulty or non conforming Goods

These withdrawal terms do not limit the Consumer’s rights where the Goods are faulty, damaged or do not conform to the contract. In such cases, the reasonable cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Seller.
