| Omniva parcel lockers in the Baltic States |
We deliver to Omniva parcel lockers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Omniva delivery within Latvia is free for orders of EUR 49.99 or more. Parcel locker delivery is available for goods that comply with the carrier’s size and weight limits. |
| Courier delivery in the Baltic States |
We deliver orders to the specified address in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Courier delivery within Latvia is free for orders of EUR 149.99 or more. Delivery is normally carried out on business days. |
| Delivery within Europe |
We deliver goods to European countries, including Scandinavia. The delivery method, cost and delivery time depend on the shipment’s size, weight and destination. |
| Delivery to the United Kingdom |
The delivery cost and delivery time depend on the shipment’s size, weight and delivery address. The recipient may be required to pay import VAT, customs duty, customs clearance fees and other import-related charges. These charges are payable by the recipient. |

Delivery partners
We use Omniva, Venipak, DPD, DB Schenker, DSV and other logistics partners.
The carrier is selected according to the shipment’s size, weight, destination and delivery method.
For oversized, heavy and non-standard goods, the delivery cost, delivery time, access to the delivery location and unloading arrangements are agreed individually.
Shipment tracking
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, a shipment notification is sent to the email address or telephone number provided with the order.
The notification includes a tracking number or tracking link if shipment tracking is provided by the selected carrier.
For parcel locker delivery, the recipient receives a notification containing the collection code, parcel locker address and collection deadline.
For courier delivery, the carrier may send information about the expected delivery time or contact the recipient directly.
Delivery times
The delivery time depends on product availability, shipment type and destination.
If additional time is required to process the order, we will contact the customer.
The delivery time for non-standard goods and goods supplied to order is agreed individually.
If an order contains several items, they may be delivered in separate shipments.
