Larta VC Compact milk cooler for 2 milkings, 50–300 l

Larta VC Compact 50–300 L ensures rapid cooling and safe storage of fresh milk after milking. The compact vertical tank fits well in small dairy farms where a small footprint, simple daily operation, and stable milk temperature control are important.

The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel both inside and out. Smooth internal walls, rounded corners, and polished welds make cleaning easier and help maintain a high level of hygiene. The sloped direct-cooling bottom ensures complete milk drainage, while the evaporator design reduces the risk of milk freezing even with smaller quantities of milk.

The direct-cooling system using R449A refrigerant quickly lowers the milk temperature and helps preserve milk quality until collection or further processing. The compact design enables efficient use of the milk room without sacrificing the cooling capacity, mixing, and temperature control required of a professional milk cooler.

The electronic control panel with a 3-digit display provides a clear view of the milk temperature, cooling cycle, and mixing operation. The Dixell controller and NTC temperature sensor ensure precise temperature control, while the IP55 control-panel protection and IP68 sensor protection are suitable for humid farm conditions.

The mixer operates at 30 rpm and mixes the milk evenly without excessive foaming. When the lid is lifted, the mixer motor stops automatically, making work with the tank safer and more convenient.

The milk filling and inspection opening is 20 cm wide. The stainless steel milk-level ruler helps accurately determine the amount of milk in the tank, while the stainless steel outlet valve ensures convenient milk drainage after cooling.
