Distillation apparatus 30 L

The distillation apparatus with a 30 L stainless steel tank is designed for distilling fermented fruit, berries, grains, and other suitable raw materials, as well as for producing distilled water, essential oils, and hydrosols. Processing fruit and grain raw materials makes it possible to produce whisky, brandy, rum, vodka, ethanol, and other distillates. The main tank is also suitable for fermenting fruit wine and beer wort before distillation, with a raw material capacity of up to 30 L.

The main tank is 35 cm in diameter and 35 cm high, while the assembled apparatus is 46 cm high. The tank wall thickness is 0.7 mm. The cooling system consists of a 3.5 L tank measuring 20 cm in diameter and 11 cm high, and a copper coil with a tube diameter of 10 mm. Copper’s high thermal conductivity and the coil’s large contact area with the cooling water ensure efficient cooling and condensation of the vapor.

Cold cooling water is supplied through the lower connection, while heated water is discharged through the upper connection. The built-in thermometer with °C and °F scales enables temperature control during distillation. Four fastening clamps and silicone seals create a tight lid connection, while the one-way air valve is designed to release fermentation gases. Food-grade silicone tubes provide flexible and leak-tight connections. Suitable heating methods include a gas stove, wood-burning stove, and electric ceramic hob.

The set includes

• Main 30 L tank with lid
• Cooling tank with copper coil
• Thermometer
• One-way air valve
• Set of connectors and accessories
• Operating instructions

The water circulation pump is not included in the set.
